Lorusso is an artisanal brand dedicated to crafting organic jams and marmalades, with a strong focus on the fruit’s authentic flavor and natural composition. Their products contain 85% fruit and significantly less sugar than standard jams, using only minimal amounts of organic cane sugar and lemon juice, without artificial colors, preservatives, or GMO ingredients.

Each jam is produced in small batches in a workshop in Chercos, Almería (Spain), using organic raw materials sourced from small producers. This approach helps preserve the natural aromas, texture, and nutritional value of the fruit.
