To revive mustard cultivation in Burgundy and strengthen the product’s regional identity, the Fallot company created a unique mustard bearing the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) label.
It is made exclusively from mustard seeds grown in Burgundy and wine with AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) designation, resulting in a mustard that perfectly reflects the centuries-old gastronomic tradition of the region.
It pairs wonderfully with all types of meat and is an ideal addition to mayonnaise and salad dressings.
